Summer Reading Program

It's another blockbuster summer here in South Windham. We have a lot of fun programs for the whole family. Hope to see everyone soon!

Every 4th Friday - 4:30 PM Tween Time Food, games, stories and crafts!

June Programs
Thursday, 2nd – 7PM Lantern Walking Tour in South Windham conducted by Bev York. Refreshments afterward at the library.
4th and 5th 11AM – 4PM Victorian Home Tour. Free guided historic tours, lemonade, and cookies at the library!
Thursday, 9th – 6PM National Donut Day! Games, stories, crafts and donuts at the library.
Thursday, 16th – 6PM Dad’s Day Program. Give the special guy in your life a t-shirt with your handprints!

Monday, 4th 11AM Boom Box Parade – Library Staff will throw out bouncy balls!
Saturday, 9th 11AM Magician Pete Haddad will amaze and delight!
Thursday, 14th 6PM – National Macaroni Day – Stories, Crafts, and Games!
Tuesday, 19th 6PM Sparky’s Puppets – A show that everyone will love about “One World, Many Stories”!

Tuesday, 2nd 6:30PM DAC Magic Show – You won’t believe your eyes!
Thursday, 11th – 6:30 Connecticut Author Christine Whitehead will discuss her book, “Tell Me When It Hurts”
Friday, 12th 3PM Mr. Gym will get us moving to music!
Friday, 19th 2-6PM Haircut Fundraiser Call the library to get a professional back-to-school haircut here for $15. 50% of proceeds will go to the library! Haircuts by Di Fusco from Hairlarious Salon.
Tuesday, 23rd – Summer Reading Finale Lina Sirico presents real animals and balloon animals for everyone!”
